What's the difference in logging with Google Apps for Work and Gmail?

Google Apps for Work:  Using Google Apps login, you will be able to share application data. Everybody from your company domain will be able to access same AceRoute account and collaborate!

Gmail:  You won't be able to share application data unless you share your login credentials with others. This will be your private account.
